Orders and Shipping
How do I place an online order?
Once you’ve decided to purchase your hardcase, simply visit the store on our website, select your favorite color, and click ADD TO CART. Then choose your shipping and payment options and enter your delivery address. From there, we’ll take over and ship your new hardcase to you as soon as possible.
How do I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with the hardcase after your purchase, please send us an email with your order number at retoure@oktakon.de, and we will arrange the return with you.
Can I order multiple hardcases?
Yes. You can order as many hardcases as we have available in stock.
How fast does Oktakon deliver?
After processing your order, your package will be delivered within 2-3 business days within Germany. In rare cases, such as during the holiday season, it may take a little longer. Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please note that shipping times may be extended if you place your order on a Sunday or holiday.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track your package using the tracking number we provide.
Does Oktakon deliver to my country?
We deliver within Germany and throughout the EU.
How do I return an item?
How can I modify or cancel my order?
If the order process has not yet been completed, you can delete your cart at any time. If the order process has already been completed, you can revoke your contract declaration within the framework of the legal right of withdrawal. Please refer to our withdrawal policy.
My order didn't go through. What now?
If your order failed for any reason, you can either try to place it again, or you can contact us, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
How does shipping work at Oktakon?
Once your order is packed, your hardcase will be shipped to you via our logistics partner DHL. If we receive your order by 12:00 noon, we’ll ship your hardcase the same day. If your order arrives after 12:00 PM, we guarantee it will ship the next day. You can track your package live anytime using the tracking number we provide.
Is there an express delivery option?
Yes. If you need your package delivered quickly, you can select express shipping during checkout. If you order by 2:00 PM, you will receive your package the next day (Monday to Friday). For this service, we will have to charge you a shipping fee of €15.00. Please note that delivery times may be extended if you place your order on a Sunday or holiday.
Can I send multiple orders to different shipping addresses?
Yes. Simply notify us in time, and we will ship your orders to the desired delivery addresses.

What payment methods does Oktakon offer?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna.
Can I specify different billing and delivery addresses?
Yes. During the ordering process, simply add a separate delivery address in the designated field.
Is VAT included in the final price? Will it be refunded?
Yes. VAT is already included in your total invoice amount. In the event of a refund, you will, of course, receive the full purchase price back.

How do I file a complaint about my order?
If the hardcase has a defect or there are other issues, please briefly describe the problem to us at reklamation@oktakon.de. We will address your case as quickly as possible and get back to you.

Where can I buy Oktakon products?
You can buy our hardcase here on our homepage in the store. You can also find our products at: amazon.de, ebay.de, etsy.com, taschen24.de, miles-and-more.com.
What materials are used?
The outer shell of the hardcase is made of anodized aluminum. The anodizing process is an extremely environmentally friendly method of refining the aluminum. For the interior padding, we use soft EVA with a fabric cover. This, along with special corner protection, ensures that your laptop doesn’t move inside the case.
What laptops fit in the hardcase, and what are the maximum dimensions my laptop can have to fit?
How do I find out which Macbook model I own?
Mac offers several tools to determine the model. The easiest way is to access ‘About This Mac’ on your device. To do this, select ‘About This Mac’ from the Apple menu in the upper left corner of the screen. Another method is to use the ‘System Information’ app.
How much does the hardcase weigh?
The hardcase has an empty weight of 0.75 kg.
Can I charge my laptop while it's in the hardcase?
No. Battery charging times are reliable and long-lasting these days. Based on that, we designed our hardcase for protection and a perfect fit. While your laptop is in the hardcase, there is no space left to plug in your charging cable due to the special corner protection in the padding. You will need to remove the laptop from the hardcase to charge it.

Which Macbook models fit in the hardcase?
We currently offer our 13-inch hardcase. This provides a perfect fit for your 13-inch Macbook with dimensions of 30.41 x 21.24 x 1.61 cm. Of course, other laptop models will also fit in our case, as you can see below.
What are the dimensions of the current hardcase (13-inch model)?
The hardcase has the following dimensions: Exterior: 34.0 x 25.0 x 3.0 cm and Interior: 30.4 x 21.2 x 1.6 cm.
In what colors can I order the hardcase?
We currently offer the hardcase in Metallic Grey, Aviation Silver, and Bronze Rosé.
Can I transport anything other than the laptop in the hardcase?
Where are the hardcases manufactured?
After long and careful research, we found a trustworthy partner in China who produces our cases, which are developed in Germany.
